  • Oil, sesame, salad or cooking ‎ 1/4 tsp.
  • Vegetable oil, palm kernel ‎ 3/8 tsp.
  • Onions, raw chopped 2 tbsp., 1 1/4 tsp. ‎
  • Garlic, raw ‎ 3/4 tsp.
  • Ginger root, raw ‎ 5/8 tsp.
  • Spices, pepper, black ground < 1/8 tsp.
  • Chicken Diced, 1/2", White Meat, Low Sodium, 2M, 59/2.7oz, 10#,Tyson, 10241600928 ‎ 8 1/4 oz.
  • Peppers, sweet, green, raw ‎ 2 5/8 oz.
  • Cabbage, raw ‎ 2 oz.


INSTRUCTIONS


  • In a large bowl or container mix together hoisin, chili sauce, catsup, vinegar, and sesame oil. Set aside. 
  • In a large braising pan on medium heat, add oil. Saute onions, garlic, and ginger for 45 seconds or until slightly brown. Add black pepper. 
  • Add chicken and continue to cook for 5 minutes. 
  • Add peppers and cabbage and continue to cook for 3 minutes. 
  • Add sauce and heat until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Hold hot for service.
