INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large bowl or container mix together hoisin, chili sauce, catsup, vinegar, and sesame oil. Set aside.Â
- In a large braising pan on medium heat, add oil. Saute onions, garlic, and ginger for 45 seconds or until slightly brown. Add black pepper.Â
- Add chicken and continue to cook for 5 minutes.Â
- Add peppers and cabbage and continue to cook for 3 minutes.Â
- Add sauce and heat until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Hold hot for service.
