  • hoisin sauce 1 tbsp
  • sambal oelek chili sauce 1/4 tbsp
  • ketchup low sodium 2-1/2 tbsp
  • rice wine vinegar 1 tbsp
  • sesame oil 1/8 tsp
  • onions chopped 1/4 cup
  • garlic minced 3/4 tsp
  • ginger root minced 3/4 tsp
  • frozen cooked diced chicken 8 oz
  • green bell peppers chopped 2/3 cup
  • cabbage shredded 1/4 cup


INSTRUCTIONS


  • In a large bowl, mix together hoisin sauce, chili sauce, ketchup, vinegar, and oil. Set aside for later.
  • In a large braising pan on medium heat, sauté onions, garlic, and ginger for 45 seconds or until slightly brown.
  • Add chicken and continue to cook for 5 minutes
  • Add peppers and cabbage and continue to cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add sauce and heat until internal temperature reaches 165° F.
