- whole grain spaghetti 8-1/3 oz
- vegetable oil 4 tsp
- sesame oil 1 tsp
- garlic 1-3/8 tsp
- ginger 1-3/8 tsp
- cabbage shredded 4 tbsp
- carrots grated 7-5/8 tsp
- green bell pepper chopped 3 tsp
- red bell pepper chopped 3 tsp
- onion chopped 4 tsp
- frozen cooked diced chicken 8-1/3 oz
- asian sauce 1 oz
INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare noodles according to package instructions.
- In a large pan over high heat, add oil, minced garlic, and ginger. Sauté for 30 seconds. Add cabbage, carrots, peppers, and onions and sauté until vegetables are slightly tender.
- When mixture is half cooked, add noodles, chicken, and Asian Sauce (sub-recipe).
- Stir all ingredients together until noodles are fully coated.
