Roasted Red Potatoes
Potatoes are a great way to add some potassium to your diet.


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F
  2. Wash and cut the red potatoes*
  3. Toss the cut pieces with the oil and seasonings
  4. Place seasoned potatoes on a baking pan**
  5. Bake for about 40 minutes, flip half way through
  6. *Be sure the potatoes are cut to about the same size so that they cook evenly in the oven
  7. **Place potatoes face down on the pan for crispier edges and make sure no 2 pieces are touching


  • 4 c. of raw red potatoes
  • 1 t. of canola or olive oil
  • ¾ t. of fresh or ½ t. dried rosemary
  • ½ t. of kosher salt
  • ¼ t. black pepper
