Potatoes are a great way to add some potassium to your diet.
- Preheat oven to 425°F
- Wash and cut the red potatoes*
- Toss the cut pieces with the oil and seasonings
- Place seasoned potatoes on a baking pan**
- Bake for about 40 minutes, flip half way through
- *Be sure the potatoes are cut to about the same size so that they cook evenly in the oven
- **Place potatoes face down on the pan for crispier edges and make sure no 2 pieces are touching
