Use hummus to dip sliced veggies in for a healthy snack.


  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree to a smooth consistency.
  2. Place all extra in a sealed container in the refrigerator.


  • 1 ½ c. of canned chickpeas or garbanzo beans, drained
  • ¼ c. of lemon juice
  • ¼ c. of tahini oil (alternative: peanut butter or sunflower seed butter)
  • ¼ c. water*
  • *Use the juice from the canned chickpeas instead of water for extra flavor.
