Fat-Free Ranch Dip
Add this dressing to a baked potato for more flavor.


  1. Combine sour cream and ranch seasoning, stir until well mixed.
  2. Add lemon juice and stir until creamy
  3. Optional: add water to thin until desired consistency is achieved
  4. Refrigerate after serving.


  • 1 cup fat free sour cream*
  • 4 teaspoons of ranch dressing seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon and 1 ½ teaspoons of lemon juice
  • ¼ to ½ cup water for thinning (optional)
  • *You can also use plain, unflavored yogurt
