INSTRUCTIONS
- In a 4 inch hotel pan, or 12x20 inch pan, mix together the chicken, cream cheese, ranchseasoning, peppers, onions, and sriracha. Cover with foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and stir. Return to the oven and continue to cook for 10 minutes.Ensure that the internal temperature has reached 165 degrees F. Hold hot for service.
- To serve, place 4 oz of chicken mixture on each bun and top with lettuce and cut in half.
