  • rosemary 1 tbsp
  • kosher salt 1/4 tsp
  • pepper 1/8 tsp


INSTRUCTIONS


  • Using a chef knife, cut potatoes into 1/6ths
  • Place potatoes, oil, rosemary leaves, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Toss mixture.
  • Place mixture on baking sheet and roast in oven at 350° F for 20 minutes or until tender and golden brown.
