- rosemary 1 tbsp
- kosher salt 1/4 tsp
- pepper 1/8 tsp
INSTRUCTIONS
- Using a chef knife, cut potatoes into 1/6ths
- Place potatoes, oil, rosemary leaves, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Toss mixture.
- Place mixture on baking sheet and roast in oven at 350° F for 20 minutes or until tender and golden brown.
