Roasted Red Potatoes

Ingredients Amount / Measure Notes
  • Potatoes, red, flesh and skin, raw 1 lbs., 3 3/4 oz.
  • Vegetable oil, palm kernel 3/8 tsp.
  • Rosemary, fresh 1 tbsp., 1 7/8 tsp.
  • Salt, table 1/4 tsp.
  • Spices, pepper, black ground 1/8 tsp.


INSTRUCTIONS


  • Wash potatoes, then using wedger or chef knife, cut potatoes into 1/6ths.
  • Place potatoes, oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper in large bowl. Toss mixture. 
  • Place mixture on baking sheet and roast in oven at 350° F for 20-25 minutes or until tender and golden brown.
