Roasted Carrots

- Vegetable oil, palm kernel ㅤ 2 1/4 tsp.
- Garlic, raw ㅤ 2 1/4 tsp.

- Rosemary, fresh ㅤ 1 tbsp.
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a small bowl, combine oil, minced garlic, salt, and rosemary. Stir until fully combined and drizzle mixture on top of carrots. Toss carrots in a bowl to combine.
- Lay out carrots in a single layer on a sheet tray, or 18 x 13 inch tray, lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in a 375° F oven for 25-30 minutes or until tender. Serve immediately.
