INSTRUCTIONS
- Peel squash, remove seeds, and medium dice.
- Combine squash, minced garlic, rosemary leaves, oil, and salt in a large bowl. Toss until vegetables are fully coated.
- Place in a single layer on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roast in 400° F oven for 30 minutes or until tender. Hold hot for service.
