Ingredients Amount / Measure Notes
  • carrots 10-2/3 oz
  • radishes 10-2/3 oz
  • water 2/3 cup
  • apple cider vinegar 2-2/3 cups
  • sugar 1-1/3 cups
  • kosher salt 2 tsp
  • pickling spice 1 oz


INSTRUCTIONS


  • Blanch thin-cut carrots and thin sliced radishes. Do not blanch frozen carrots.
  • Place brine (remaining ingredients) in saucepan and heat until sugar dissolves. Set aside to cool.
  • Once cooled down, pour over carrots and radishes and chill overnight.
