Parmesan Garlic Roasted Broccoli

INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash and cut broccoli into bite sized pieces, if not already florets (if using frozen broccoli, pat it dry).
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, garlic and oil. Toss until fully incorporated.
- Place on a sheet tray or baking tray with edges lined with parchment and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake in a 400° F oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Hold hot for service.
