- rolled quick oats dry 2-2/3 cups
- light brown sugar packed 1/2 cup
- baking powder 1-1/2 tsp
- salt 2 tsp
- cinnamon 1-1/2 tsp
- 1% milk 3/4 cup
- unsalted butter 2 tbsp
- vanilla extract 1-1/2 tsp
- canned pumpkin 1-1/4 cups
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large bowl, mix together all dry ingredients.
- Stir in all wet ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.
- Place mixture onto greased 9x13 inch baking dish and place in 350°F oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before cutting.
