- oyster mushrooms raw 3-5/8 oz
- shiitake mushrooms raw 1-7/8 oz
INSTRUCTIONS
- Run cleaned mushrooms through a food processor.
- On four baking sheets or 9 x 13 inch pans, evenly spread the mushrooms, then heat in a 175° F oven for 1 hour with fan on low and stagger pans on racks for even flow.
- Let cool.
- Blend again until finely chopped then return to the oven for another 20-25 minutes or until moisture is gone.
- Let cool then store in an airtight container. Tips:-Great for adding to stews or dressings.
