- lean ground beef 12 oz
- canned pinto beans low sodium 1/4 cup
- canned diced tomatoes no salt added 1/4 cup
- onions chopped 2-1/2 tbsp
- green bell peppers chopped 1 tbsp
- shredded mozarella cheese low fat 2 oz
- seasoned bread crumbs 1/4 cup
- pepper 1/8 tsp
- oregano 1/8 tsp
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Form meat balls using 2-1/2 tbsp of beef mixture for each. Place onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 350° F for 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches165° F.

INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Using a #30 scoop, portion meat balls onto sheet tray, or 18 x 13inch tray, lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 350° F for 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165° F. Hold hot for service.
