- Garlic, raw ㅤ 1 tbsp., 2 7/8 tsp. ㅤ
- Ginger root, raw ㅤ 1 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil, palm kernel ㅤ 1 1/2 tsp.
- Sambal Oelek ㅤ 1 1/2 tsp.
- Sauce, teriyaki, ready-to-serve ㅤ 2 3/8 tsp.
- Sauce, hoisin, ready-to-serve ㅤ 1 tbsp.
- Vinegar, cider ㅤ 1 tbsp.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash mushrooms and cut in half.
- Mix minced garlic, minced ginger, vegetable oil, sesame oil, sambal sauce, teriyaki sauce, hoisin sauce, and vinegar then add mushrooms. Mix gently to coat the mushrooms.
- Place mixture into a hotel pan or a 2 1/2 inch deep pan and cover with foil. Cook in 375° F oven for 30-40 minutes. Internal temperature should be above 140° F. Hold hot for service.
