Marinated Mushrooms

- mushrooms 6 cups
- garlic minced 1 tbsp
- ginger root minced 2 tsp
- vegetable oil 1/3 tbsp
- sesame oil 2/3 tbsp
- sambal oelek chili sauce 1/3 tbsp
- teriyaki sauce low sodium 1/2 tbsp
- hoisin sauce 2 tsp
- rice wine vinegar 1/2 tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash mushrooms and cut in half.
- Mix garlic, ginger, vegetable oil, sesame oil, chili sauce, teriyaki sauce, hoisin sauce, and vinegar then add mushrooms. Mix gently to coat the mushrooms.
- Place mixture into a 2 1/2 inch deep pan and cover with foil. Cook in375° F oven for 30-40 minutes. Internal temperature should be above 140° F.
