Marinated Mushrooms

Ingredients Amount / Measure Notes
  • mushrooms 6 cups
  • garlic minced 1 tbsp
  • ginger root minced 2 tsp
  • vegetable oil 1/3 tbsp
  • sesame oil 2/3 tbsp
  • sambal oelek chili sauce 1/3 tbsp
  • teriyaki sauce low sodium 1/2 tbsp
  • hoisin sauce 2 tsp
  • rice wine vinegar 1/2 tbsp


INSTRUCTIONS


  • Wash mushrooms and cut in half.
  • Mix garlic, ginger, vegetable oil, sesame oil, chili sauce, teriyaki sauce, hoisin sauce, and vinegar then add mushrooms. Mix gently to coat the mushrooms.
  • Place mixture into a 2 1/2 inch deep pan and cover with foil. Cook in375° F oven for 30-40 minutes. Internal temperature should be above 140° F.
