  • Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average ‌ 12 3/4 oz.
  • Onions, Red, Diced, 3/8", Fresh, 2/5#, Cross Valley Farms, 536914 diced 1/4 c., 2 1/2 tsp. ‌
  • Peppers, jalapeno, raw ‌ 1/3 pepper
  • Basil, fresh chopped 1/4 c., 2 1/2 tsp. ‌
  • Vegetable oil, palm kernel ‌ 1/3 tsp.
  • Garlic, raw ‌ 1 tbsp., 7/8 tsp. ‌
  • Lime juice, raw ‌ 1 tbsp., 7/8 tsp. ‌


INSTRUCTIONS


  • Medium dice tomatoes and onions.  Mince jalapeños, chiffonade basil, and add all ingredients into a large bowl.
  • Mix in oil, garlic, and lime juice. Mix until combined. Place mixture in the refrigerator and let sit for at least 30 minutes covered before serving.
