Honey Lemon Carrots

- honey 2 tsp
- lemon juice 2 tsp
- ground ginger 1 tsp
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large bowl, mix together carrots, melted butter, honey, lemon juice, and ginger. Mix until carrots are completely coated.
- Place carrot mixture onto a baking sheet with edges (in a single layer) and roast in an oven at 400° F for 20 minutes.
