  • honey 2 tsp
  • lemon juice 2 tsp
  • ground ginger 1 tsp


INSTRUCTIONS


  • In a large bowl, mix together carrots, melted butter, honey, lemon juice, and ginger. Mix until carrots are completely coated.
  • Place carrot mixture onto a baking sheet with edges (in a single layer) and roast in an oven at 400° F for 20 minutes.
