INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spread a single layer of chicken evenly on a sheet pan, or 18x13 inch pan, with parchment paper. Bake from frozen state in oven 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.Â
- Cut broccoli florets in halves, slice peppers and onions, and mince garlic and ginger.Â
- Heat a braising pan and add oils. Stir fry vegetables for about 5 minutes. Add garlic and ginger and cook a minute more. Add chicken broth and chicken and cook 2-3 minutes more.Â
- Add the General Tso's sauce and salsa. Simmer for about 5 minutes.Â
- Hold in the oven on a warm setting for up to 15 minutes before service.Â
