- Oil, sesame, salad or cooking ㅤ 3/4 tsp.
- Sambal Oelek ㅤ 2 1/4 tsp.
- Salt, table ㅤ 1/4 tsp.
- Spices, pepper, black ground < 1/8 tsp.
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large bowl, combine carrots, oil, and sambal. Mix until carrots are fully coated.
- Pour in a sheet pan, or 18 x 13 inch pan, and bake in a 400° F oven for 18-20 minutes or until carrots are tender but not mushy. Hold hot for service at 140° F.
