- shredded mozzarella cheese reduced fat 7 tbsp
- dry seasoned bread crumbs 5 tbsp
- onion chopped 7-1/8 tsp
- green bell pepper chopped 3-1/2 tsp
- oregano 1/8 tsp
- black pepper 1/8 tsp
- canned pinto beans low sodium 1/4 cup
- canned diced tomatoes salt added 1/4 cup
- whole-grain 2 oz bread buns 4
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Using a 1/2 cup scoop, portion burgers onto 18 x 13 inch pan, lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350° F for 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F
- To serve, place one patty on warm bun.
