INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Using a 1/2 cup scoop, portion burgers onto 18 x 13 inch pan, lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350° F for 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F
- To serve, place one patty on a warm bun and cut sandwich in half.
