Cilantro Lime Rice

- Lime juice, raw ã…¤ 3/4 FL OZ

- Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw ã…¤ 3/4 oz.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place rice into 10" x 12" deep pan. Â Add water, lime juice, and salt. Â Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes until tender.
- Take cilantro off the the stems. Â Rinse and chop. Â Set aside for garnish.
- Remove rice from the oven. Â Uncover and let sit for 5 minutes. Â Fluff with a fork. Garnish with minced cilantro. Â Hold hot for service.
