- lime juice 1 tbsp
- kosher salt 1/8 tsp
- cilantro leaves 14 tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place rice into 12 x 20 pan, with water, lime juice, and salt.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes in a 350°F oven.
- Remove form oven. Fluff the rice and garnish with minced cilantro.
