  • water 2 cups
  • lime juice 1 tbsp
  • kosher salt 1/8 tsp
  • cilantro leaves 14 tbsp


INSTRUCTIONS


  • Place rice into 12 x 20 pan, with water, lime juice, and salt.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes in a 350°F oven.
  • Remove form oven. Fluff the rice and garnish with minced cilantro.
