- garlic 3/4 tsp
- cooked fajita seasoned chicken strips 10 oz
- green bell peppers sliced 2/3 cup
- onion sliced 1/2 cup
- dry taco seasoning mix 3/4 tsp
- cumin 3/8 tsp
- wheat 6" tortillas 4 whole
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large pot on medium heat, place oil, garlic, and chicken. Cook until chicken is thawed, or if already thawed, for 3 minutes.
- Add julienned peppers, onions, and seasonings. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until peppers and onions are tender and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Place in a 12 x 20 inch pan. Serve using one tortilla placing the chicken mixture on top.
