  • vegetable oil 3/4 tsp
  • garlic 3/4 tsp
  • cooked fajita seasoned chicken strips 10 oz
  • green bell peppers sliced 2/3 cup
  • onion sliced 1/2 cup
  • dry taco seasoning mix 3/4 tsp
  • cumin 3/8 tsp
  • wheat 6" tortillas 4 whole


INSTRUCTIONS


  • In a large pot on medium heat, place oil, garlic, and chicken. Cook until chicken is thawed, or if already thawed, for 3 minutes.
  • Add julienned peppers, onions, and seasonings. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until peppers and onions are tender and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Place in a 12 x 20 inch pan. Serve using one tortilla placing the chicken mixture on top.
