INSTRUCTIONS
- Place chicken, cream cheese, diced onions, peppers, and spices in a hotel pan, or 12x20 pan,and stir. Cover with foil and place in a 350 degree F oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and stir. Return to oven for an additional 10-15 minutes. Ensure theinternal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Hold hot for service.
- To serve, place 4 ounces of chicken mixture on a warm bun and cut in half to serve.Â
