  • Buffalo Sauce 6/5# 30# ã…¤ 2 oz.
  • Lemon juice, raw ã…¤ 1 1/2 tsp.


INSTRUCTIONS


  • Preheat the oven to 400 F.
  • Prepare the cauliflower into florets.
  • Whisk the butter, hot sauce and lemon juice.
  • Toss the cauliflower in the hot sauce mixture until well coated.
  • Spread the cauliflower onto a sheet tray and roast until beginning to brown and tender,about 20 minutes.
