INSTRUCTIONS
- Rinse quinoa under running water and place in a medium sized pan on the stove top with 2cups of water on mediumheat. Heat until the water comes to a boil, turn off heat and coverthe pan with a lid or foil. Let sit for 10 minutes on the counter.Â
- Add remaining ingredients making sure to mix thoroughly and eat cold or hot.Â
