  • frozen cooked beef crumbles 7.3 oz
  • vegetable oil 1/8 tsp
  • tomato paste 3/4 tsp
  • canned diced tomatoes no salt added 3 tbsp
  • water 1/2 cup
  • kosher salt 3/8 tsp
  • chili powder 1-1/8 tsp
  • garlic 1-3/8 tsp
  • taco seasoning mix 1-1/8 tsp
  • black pepper 3/8 tsp
  • cumin 3/8 tsp
  • chicken base low sodium 1/8 tsp
  • tortilla chips 9.75 oz
  • nacho cheese 4-1/3 tbsp
  • salsa low sodium 2-1/2 tsp


INSTRUCTIONS


  • Brown beef and onions together with oil over medium heat.
  • Add tomato paste to beef mixture and allow to slightly brown, then add diced tomatoes. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Add water and remaining seasonings. Simmer for an additional 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • To serve, place 1/2 cup of beef mixture on tortilla chips and drizzle 1/4 of the warm cheese sauce on top. Serve salsa on the side.

INSTRUCTIONS


  • Brown beef and onions together with oil over medium heat.
  • Add tomato paste to beef mixture and allow to slightly brown, then add diced tomatoes. Simmer for 15 minutes.
