BBQ Baked Beans

Ingredients Amount / Measure Notes
  • Beans, pinto, canned, drained solids drained 5/8 #10 can
  • Onions, raw chopped 2 tbsp., 2 2/3 tsp. ‌
  • Mustard, prepared, yellow ‌ 3/4 tsp. or 1 packet ‌
  • Catsup, low sodium ‌ 1 tbsp., 2 7/8 tsp. ‌
  • Sauce, barbecue ‌ 2 tbsp., 2 2/3 tsp. ‌
  • Garlic, raw ‌ 1 1/2 tsp.
  • Beverages, water,tap, municipal ‌ 3 tbsp., 2 5/8 tsp. ‌


INSTRUCTIONS


  • Drain beans then pour into a bowl.
  • Combine diced onions, mustard, brown sugar, catsup, BBQ sauce, garlic, and water. Stir untilblended.
  • Divide mixture between pans and cover with foil. Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour and 15minutes. (Remove cover during the last 30 minutes to brown the beans) Hold hot for service.
