- Cabbage, raw shredded ㅤ 15 3/8 oz.
- Peppers, sweet, green, raw sliced 1 pt., 2 tbsp., 1 3/4
- Onions, raw sliced 1 3/4 c., 3/4 tsp.
- Garlic, raw ㅤ 1 tbsp.
- Ginger root, raw ㅤ 1/2 tsp.
- Oil, sesame, salad or cooking ㅤ 1 tbsp.
- Sambal Oelek ㅤ 1 1/2 tsp.
- Soy sauce, reduced sodium, made from hydrolyzed vegetable protein ㅤ 2 1/4 tsp.
- Sauce, teriyaki, ready-to-serve ㅤ 2 1/4 tsp.
- Seeds, sesame seeds, whole, dried ㅤ 3/4 tsp.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash all produce. Cut cabbage into large 1/2” strips and julienne peppers and onions. Mince garlic and ginger.
- In a braising pan on medium heat, add sesame oil and heat up. Add peppers and onions. Saute for 2 minutes until vegetables start to get tender.
- Add cabbage, ginger, and garlic and cook for 7-10 minutes.
- Add chili sauce, soy sauce, and teriyaki sauce. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 135° F. Hold hot for service
