Stir Fry Beef Lettuce Cups

- hoisin sauce 1 tbsp
- sambal oelek chili sauce 1/4 tbsp
- ketchup 2-1/2 tbsp
- rice wine vinegar 1 tbsp
- sesame oil 1/8 tsp
- onions chopped 1/4 cup
- garlic minced 1/4 tbsp
- ginger root minced 3/4 tsp
- frozen cooked beef crumbles 8 oz
- green bell peppers chopped 2/3 cup
- cabbage shredded 1/4 cup
- butterhead lettuce 4 leaves
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large bowl, mix together hoisin sauce, chili sauce, ketchup, vinegar, and oil. Set aside for later.
- In a large braising pan on medium heat, sauté onions, garlic, and ginger for 45 seconds or until slightly brown. Add ground beef and continue to cook for 5 minutes.
- Add peppers and cabbage and continue to cook for 3 minutes. Add sauce and heat until internal temperature reaches 165° F.
- To serve, place lettuce leaves on plates and scoop 1/4 cup of stir fry in each.
