  • sweet potatoes 4
  • kosher salt 1/8 tsp
  • chili powder 3/4 tsp
  • light brown sugar packed 1 tsp
  • honey 2 tsp
  • sesame oil 1/2 tsp
  • vegetable oil 1/2 tsp


INSTRUCTIONS


  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Peel sweet potatoes and dice them into large cubes.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix until the potatoes are covered with seasonings and oils.
  • Spread the potatoes in an even layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Roast the potatoes for 30-45 minutes until they are tender but not mushy.

INSTRUCTIONS


  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Peel sweet potatoes and dice them into large cubes.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add salt, chili powder, brown sugar, honey, and oils and mix until the potatoes are covered with seasoning and oil.
  • Spread the potatoes in an even layer on a sheet tray, or 18 x 13 inch tray, lined with parchment.
  • Roast the potatoes for 30-45 minutes until they are tender but not mushy. Keep in oven on warm setting until ready to serve.
