Roasted Corn

Ingredients Amount / Measure Notes
  • Corn, sweet, yellow, canned, whole kernel, drained solids drained 1/3 #10 can
  • Vegetable oil, palm kernel 3/4 tsp.
  • Garlic, raw 3/4 tsp.
  • Salt, table 1/4 tsp.
  • Spices, rosemary, dried 1/4 tsp.


INSTRUCTIONS


  • Drain corn. In a large bowl combine the corn, oil, minced garlic, salt and rosemary. Mix together until corn is fully coated. 
  • Pour onto baking sheet with parchment. Roast in 375° F oven for 15-20 minutes. Hold hot for service.
