Roasted Carrots

Family Child Care

Ingredients Amount / Measure Notes
  • Carrots, baby, raw 1 lbs., 1 1/3 oz.
  • Vegetable oil, palm kernel 2 1/4 tsp.
  • Garlic, raw 2 1/4 tsp.
  • Salt, table 1/8 tsp.
  • Rosemary, fresh 1 tbsp.


INSTRUCTIONS


  • In a small bowl, combine oil, minced garlic, salt, and rosemary. Stir until fully combined and  drizzle mixture on top of carrots. Toss carrots in a bowl to combine.
  • Lay out carrots in a single layer on a sheet tray, or 18 x 13 inch tray, lined with parchment  paper.
  • Roast in a 375° F oven for 25-30 minutes or until tender. Serve immediately.
