INSTRUCTIONS
- Peel and medium dice squash.
- Combine squash, garlic, rosemary leaves, oil, and salt in a large bowl. Toss until vegetables are fully coated.
- Place in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in 400°F oven for 30 minutes or until tender.
