INSTRUCTIONS
- Drain and rinse chickpeas.
- Combine 1/3 ingredients at a time in food processor. Add liquids first. Puree until smooth. Add all batches to a large mixing bowl and stir to combine. Adjust seasoning as necessary.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
