Green Chili Pork Taco

- garlic minced 1 tbsp
- vegetable oil 1/2 tsp
- salsa verde 2 tbsp
- green chili peppers 1 tbsp
- pork shreds 10 oz
- chicken base low sodium 1/8 tsp
- water 1/2 cup
- cilantro chopped 1 tbsp
- lime juice 1-1/2 tsp
- sour cream fat free 1 tbsp
- taco shells unsalted 8
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large pot over medium heat, sauté onions and garlic in oil for 45seconds or until garlic turns slightly brown.
- Add salsa, chilies, pork, chicken base, and water to pot and let simmer for 25minutes. Internal temperature must reach 165° F.
- Finish by stirring in cilantro, lime juice, and sour cream
- To serve, place 1/4 cup of pork mixture into each taco shell. Serve 2 tacos per portion.
