Cauliflower Au Gratin

Ingredients Amount / Measure Notes
  • Cauliflower, raw 14 1/2 oz.
  • Reduced Fat Cheese Sauce, Reduced Sodium 9 5/8 oz.
  • Peppers, chili, green, canned 1/3 c., 1 1/3 tsp.
  • Oil, olive, salad or cooking 1/4 tsp.


INSTRUCTIONS


  • Steam cauliflower in a perforated pan for approximately 8 minutes or until tender.
  • Saute Green Chiles in 1 TBSP Olive oil for 2 minutes. Add cheese sauce and warm up on low heat for about 8 minutes.
  • Put cauliflower in a 4 inch hotel pan or a 12 x 20 pan and mix in cheese sauce.
  • Bake in oven uncovered for 10-15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Hold hot for service.
