- Onions, raw chopped, raw to prepared 1 tbsp., 2 7/8 tsp. ㅤ

- Corn, sweet, yellow, canned, whole kernel, drained solids drained 1/4 #10 can
- Beans, black, mature seeds, canned, low sodium undrained 1/4 #10 can
- Seasoning mix, dry, taco, original ㅤ 1 1/2 tsp.
- Spices, cumin seed ground 3/8 tsp.
- Lime juice, raw ㅤ 2 1/4 tsp.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Remove cilantro from stems, rinse, and chop. Dice onions and green bell peppers.
- In a large bowl, combine corn, drained black beans, taco seasoning, cumin, lime juice, salt and pepper. Add cilantro, onions, and bell peppers.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving. Adjust seasoning if needed.
