  • fresh basil leaves 1/3 cup
  • garlic minced 1/2 tsp
  • grated parmesan cheese fat free 2-1/4 tsp
  • kosher salt 1 tsp
  • black pepper 1 tsp
  • olive oil 2 tbsp


INSTRUCTIONS


  • Thoroughly wash basil.
  • Place basil, garlic, cheese, salt, and pepper in a food processor and pulse until combined.
  • Stream in oil until an emulsion is formed.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Store up to 3 days in refrigerator.
