Balsamic Mushrooms

- Mushrooms, brown, Italian, or Crimini, raw ㅤ 1 lbs., 11 oz. ㅤ
- Garlic, raw ㅤ 1 tbsp., 2 7/8 tsp. ㅤ
- Onions, raw chopped 1 1/2 tsp.
- vegetable oil, palm kernel ㅤ 1 1/2 tsp.
- sambal oelek ㅤ 1 1/2 tsp
- salt, table ㅤ 1/4 tsp.
- Vinegar, balsamic ㅤ 1 tbsp., 2 7/8 tsp. ㅤ
INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash mushrooms and cut in half or quarter if larger mushrooms.
- In a large bowl, combine all other ingredients and whisk together until fully incorporated.
- Add the mushrooms to the seasonings and gently mix together.
- Spray pan coating in a 4 inch hotel pan. Pour the entire mixture into the steam pan and cover with foil. Place in a 375° F oven for 20 minutes. Stir, cover and cook for 15-20 more minutes or until mushrooms are very tender.Remove and place in warmer.
