Roasted Cauliflower
This delicious side dish delivers a tasty vegetable to your menu.


  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Clean cauliflower. Remove leaves and stem and cut into bite sized pieces or florets. Use 2 cups in this recipe. Save any extra florets for snacking or another recipe.
  3. In a large bowl combine cauliflower, seasonings and oil. Mix together until cauliflower is fully coated.
  4. Spread cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet. Bake 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven until vegetable is golden brown and tender.


  • 1-1/2 lbs cauliflower
  • 1/2 t. cumin
  • 1/2 t. coriander
  • 1/2 t. dried thyme
  • 1/4 t. cinnamon
  • 1-1/2 T. canola or other vegetable oil
