This delicious side dish delivers a tasty vegetable to your menu.
- Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Clean cauliflower. Remove leaves and stem and cut into bite sized pieces or florets. Use 2 cups in this recipe. Save any extra florets for snacking or another recipe.
- In a large bowl combine cauliflower, seasonings and oil. Mix together until cauliflower is fully coated.
- Spread cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet. Bake 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven until vegetable is golden brown and tender.
